Thought this may be a great item to post.
A86 and A85 were spotted in Puako on November 21st, 2016. Amazing I think. Maybe others have been seeing nene in this area but I haven’t heard about it.

Saw a group of Nene at spencer beach park a couple of months ago

We live at Mauna Lani and I have seen as many as 9 nene walking on the grass at the entrance to 49 Blacksand. We live on the 12th Fairway and several nene fly north/south over the fairway many days…they make their honking noise as they fly. I think they may be going between Mauna Lani and Puako..nice to see.
